I specialise in the creation of stunning 3D renders and captivating product visuals for a diverse range of esteemed international clients through my association with Tjarks & Tjarks Design Group.
As a highly motivated and imaginative professional, I bring a wealth of experience that spans various facets of the design process. I am well-versed in both physical and digital workflows, employing a wide array of techniques such as Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D printing, and sculpting to bring my visions to life.
Drawing upon my background in 3D Design, Modelmaking, and Digital Art, I possess a versatile foundation that enables me to navigate the ever-evolving creative landscape with ease.
I specialise in creating stunning packaging designs and product visuals for a diverse range of international clients. Using my extensive knowledge of Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and Illustrator, I collaborate closely with Account Managers, Artworkers, and the Design team to manage projects and meet deadlines.
My primary objective is to ensure that all products are presented in the most appealing and accurate way possible, delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations. My product imagery is utilised primarily for marketing purposes by high-profile clients such as ALDI, Albertsons, and Gorillas.
As an Installation Artist, I had the privilege of designing and creating large-scale art installations for various events across Ireland. Working closely with coordinators, I developed designs that revolved around given themes and grew through a collaborative process of sketches, mockup models, and discussions.
One of my standout accomplishments was the design and 3D printing of a surrealism-inspired lighthouse model for the "Electric Picnic" music festival. Additionally, I was commissioned to create a two-meter-tall translucent seahorse model using recycled plastic bottles for "The Tide is Turning" Exhibition in DLR Lexicon.
These projects provided me with the unique opportunity to present designs to clients and develop ideas based on time, resources, theme, and budget constraints. I consistently delivered exceptional results that met and exceeded client expectations, earning recognition and acclaim from event attendees and organisers alike.
I successfully completed a BA (Hons) degree in 3D Design, Model-making, and Digital Art, graduating with First Class Honours. Over the course of four years, I acquired a comprehensive skill set that serves as a strong foundation for conceptualising and fabricating diverse models, both in physical and digital formats.
My degree encompassed a wide range of modules, including 2D/3D Studies, Technical Modelling, Architectural Modelling, Prototype Modelling, 2D/3D Digital Studies, Critical and Cultural Studies, Model Animation, Modelmaking for Film, Spectacle Arts, Advanced Sculpting, Spatial Design, Character Design, Industry Project, and Business Studies.
Through these modules, I gained invaluable knowledge and practical experience in various areas, allowing me to excel in visualising and crafting intricate models. Additionally, I developed a critical understanding of cultural and industry contexts, enhancing my ability to create designs that align with client requirements and market trends.
